Woodbury

Woodbury is an Irvine, CA neighborhood that spans from Irvine Boulevard to Trabuco Road, between Jeffrey Road and Sand Canyon Avenue. In spite of their shared name, Woodbury and Woodbury East are actually two distinct communities with their own HOAs and sets of amenities. The Woodbury Community Homeowners Association is the umbrella organization. Keystone Pacific Property Management, Inc. is in charge of running things in Woodbury.

The Woodbury Community Park is a public park that can be used by anyone who doesn’t live in Woodbury. This park features a soccer field, a community center, two basketball courts, two baseball diamonds, and a Tot-Lot that is 3,000 square feet in size. The Commons includes Woodbury Community Park.

The Commons is a 30 acre meeting place in the center of Woodbury that features a park, an elementary school, and a private leisure facility with 4 tennis courts, a basketball court, a beach volleyball court, 3 swimming pools, a water garden, and a magnificent lawn.

Woodbury Elementary School is the elementary school for the neighborhood of The Commons. Woodbury Elementary School is the elementary school that serves the communities of Woodbury and Woodbury East. The Irvine Unified School District provides transportation to and from Woodbury Elementary School.

There are a total of eight parks and five gardens for residents to enjoy. All across town, you may find parks that include swimming pools, playground equipment, and basketball courts.

Woodbury also features a large shopping mall called Woodbury Town Center. There’s a Walgreens, as well as Ralphs and Home Depot and Trader Joe’s and HomeGoods and Michael’s and HomeGoods. Chipotle, Starbucks, Carl’s Jr., Subway, Chick-fil-A, Niko Niko Sushi, Panera Bread, and The Counter are just few of the restaurants you’ll find there. Romanesque Revival style was used in the construction of Woodbury Town Center. The Commons is a 30-acre area in the heart of Woodbury that is home to a huge community center, a park, and several sports and leisure facilities like swimming pools and tennis courts.

Woodbury Town Center, located to the east of the neighborhood, is home to a wide variety of services, including but not limited to two supermarkets, a drugstore, a home improvement store, a gas station, a gym, a nursery school, a number of banks, and numerous shops and restaurants.
